Question by : Is there an application to use ipad apps on an imac?
I want to play a game that is only for ipad and iphone, but I only own a imac. Is there some kind of emulator that will allow me to play games on the imac? Maybe you can refer me to an app in the mac store, so that I know it’s legit.

Thanks

I have an iPhone or iPad application idea?

November 19th, 2011 No comments

Question by Packers4: I have an iPhone or iPad application idea?
I have a great idea for an iphone or ipad application idea.

I think there is a market for the idea and would love to get it out there.

What are some different ways to go about getting this application made and sold?

Thanks

Before following any of the three below pieces of advice, search the market to see if someone is already doing this and if they are, whether or not they’re successful. You don’t want to spend money developing a product that someone else already has unless you can make it more attractive to customers somehow.

1) Befriend a programmer, or find one with some interest in this project (student in Computer science, irc chat, programming forums)

2) This is probably a little risky as I don’t know how you would maintain rights to your idea but you could check out sites like rentacoder.com to pay someone to develop your idea. You could also call up local development companies to get quotes on your idea.

3) Pick up books on iPhone programming and web development in general and start learning. This is probably about the slowest and hardest but perhaps safest way for you to get to market.

which device has the better Human Anatomy Application Ipad 2 or an Android device?

Question by wahooo: which device has the better Human Anatomy Application Ipad 2 or an Android device?
I am looking for a device that has a great 3-D presentation of the human body listing all the parts application for school. thanks in advance.

Answer by Clearwater
The iPad 2 is better when it comes to 3D renders of the human body. My sister is a college student and uses the iPad to study human anatomy & physiology models. The sheer quality of the touchscreen interface and the high definition-like imagery that’s possible on the iPad is unlikely to be replicated on other devices.

The nature of the iPad itself as a multimedia device makes it a clear choice for something as complex as anatomy & physiology.
