iPad Apps Downloads

I’ve been sneaking around Apple’s garden for a long time, dating back to the Apple II motherboard hacked into my code-munching poly-synth of the early ’80′s. I’ve modded iMacs, towers, endless accessories, and I’ve drastically bent mac-centric code with wonderful result. This movie loosens another brick in Apple’s wall, and opens the iPad’s usability tremendously. I know I’m not the only individual appreciating the experimental music apps available on the iPad. I’m anxious to support the developers’ fine work. But for musicians, the iPad’s interface can be frustrating. Do you really want to use dongles, mini-jacks and flimsy wire to get in and out of the thing? This audio breakout solves these problems, is easy to do, and is inexpensive. No bending here, just a quick, theory-true hack based upon iPad docking charts I found online. Not a superdock. No competition for the Alesis breakout. Question by Joe: What are some good applications for an iPad for use in a high school English classroom?
I’m “trial running” an iPad for use in a middle/high school English/Language Arts classroom, and have about 8 days left to find and write about some good uses for it to specifically be used in these classrooms. Just one unit, not a classroom set or anything. Anybody have any suggestions?

Be sure and check out eClicker, the automated response system, Dragon Dictation, and iGoogle. It all depend on the standards you teach, but these are helpful, general tools to use.

You will definitely want Keynote app so you can connect to a projector and develop animated power points. Pages is another must have for word processing.

There is no way to do so.. This could be the device problem… Report that to the mechanical/device service since they are more likely to assist you…

My school syncs its apps to my iPad on a quarterly basis, deleting all of the apps that i downloaded myself. Also, if i sync my own apps to my ipad from my computer, it deletes all of the apps that my school puts on there. So how can i keep both my personal and school’s apps on my ipad?

if its connected to itunes it will automatically back up but if its jailbroken itunes wont allow it so you use cydia

Question by Collector: why won’t safari let me downlaod software for an hp printer on my Ipad?
I go through all the steps to download the correct software from the hp site for an hp c310 printer and when I click downlaod, it pops up that SAFARI won’t let me download it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe that you are trying to download a printer driver for an IPad, which is not possible. You will need to download the software onto a computer that can execute the files.
